Dark crimson with purple hues. A medium bodied wine with forest floor earthy aromas of dark blackberry fruit, spices and gentle oak. The palate is moderate intensity with a smooth transition of fruit body and tannin. The oak char on the mid palate leads to a good concentration of fruit and black pepper spice and the wine finishes with a seamless oak profile. The wine will still be going strong in 10 years.
